Me? 30? NO!?!?!

OK..OK….OK!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, I admit, I confess, I give in. Next year, on the 7th of April 2015, I’ll be 30 years old. There, I’ve said it. Posted it. It’s in print now. So it is true.  Period.

To mark this great ‘achievement’ I thought it would be a nice idea to do 30-related running stuff in 2015! So I’ve started #30in2015 on twitter, and I hope it will catch on. Lots of active runners on twitter who twitter a lot about their #running, #trailrunning and share it in #runchat, so there must be at least some of them who share my fate of becoming 30 in 2015.

So…. What kind of things am I going to do in 2015? Well, I’ve decided I will have to have my list done by 31st December 2014. And it might be that they are all running related, or a bit more general too to make it 30 things I want to do in the year I’ll be 30.

But, to kick off the list, I want to do….

  1. Run my first 30-miler (Dig Deep Peak Intro Ultra – 15 August 2015)
  2. Lose 30lbs (or 13kgs)
  3. Run 30 days in a row
  4. Run 30 trail races/events in 2015
  5. …?
